Terms of Service
The short version: pay monthly or yearly, cancel anytime, treat the platform fairly, and your data stays yours. The details are below.
Last updated: 4 July 2026
1. The service
OrdrHQ provides cloud-based QR ordering, POS billing, KOT printing, inventory, and reporting software for cafes and restaurants. Your cafe gets its own subdomain and isolated data. We keep the service running, patched, and backed up; you need a working internet connection to use it.
2. Free trial
New cafes get a free trial (currently 30 days) with all features unlocked and no card required. When the trial ends, you'll be asked to subscribe to keep using the dashboard. Your data is not deleted when a trial lapses — it's waiting for you when you subscribe.
3. Subscription and billing
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly in INR via Razorpay subscriptions (UPI mandate / card autopay).
- Prices shown on the pricing page are the full price — no setup fees, no per-order charges, no feature tiers.
- If a renewal payment fails, you get a grace period to fix it before access is paused. Nothing is deleted.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel anytime from your billing page — there is no annual lock-in on the monthly plan. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. Since you can try everything free before paying, paid periods are non-refundable except where required by law or when we've failed to deliver the service.
5. Your data
Everything you enter — menu, orders, bills, customers — belongs to your cafe. You can export your reports at any time, and you can ask us to delete everything if you leave. How we handle data is covered in our Privacy Policy.
6. Fair use
Don't attempt to breach other cafes' data, resell the service, or use it for anything unlawful. Bills and tax fields (GSTIN, CGST/SGST) are generated from the numbers you configure — keeping those numbers accurate and compliant with your tax registration is your responsibility.
7. Availability
We aim for the service to be available around the clock, but we can't promise zero downtime — scheduled maintenance and events beyond our control happen. We're not liable for indirect losses (like lost sales during an outage); our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
8. Changes
If we change these terms or pricing, existing subscribers get notice by email before the change applies to them. Continued use after the notice period means you accept the updated terms.
